We won a tender process to work with the member based, non-profit organisation, Joint Inspection Group (JIG). They are the world-leading organisation for the development of aviation fuel supply chain standards, with the mission of increasing aviation safety worldwide.
The existing website was cluttered, dated and had a basic UI with poor visual appeal. The site was rich with valuable content for members but was hidden. The back end tools were limiting growth and forcing manual processes on to the administrators.
The new site needed to focus on creating task orientated user journeys, tailored to the multiple member levels to deliver an intuitive and enjoyable experience. It was important to use a gated approach to reveal and sell the hidden membership benefits and give reasons to return.
We achieved a 25% reduction in bounce rate, 1 min extra time spent browsing with a 38% increase in session duration and a 25% reduction in bounce rate.
