New Website Helps Total Access Climb High

Interdirect is pleased to announce that it has supported long-established client, Total Access, with a new responsive website that combines two existing websites to create an intuitive and functional platform, with easy access to all systems on one site.

Total Access has established itself as the UK's leading Rope Access company and provider of Height Safety Support Services. It has a reputation for delivering first class Operational and Technical services’, and needed a website to match this high standard.

Previously operating two separate websites, one for customers to book onto courses and another for purchasing equipment, Interdirect was tasked with combining the two.
An important factor in the design of the website was influenced by the company’s recent takeover by Arco, who were bringing many of their family brands in line with their umbrella branding.

Laura Wiles, Senior Account Manager at Interdirect, who worked closely with Total Access to bring the ideas for its new website to life, explains: “We’ve worked with Total Access for almost 10 years and have supported the development of its digital marketing as the company has evolved and grown. When they discussed with us their latest digital requirements, we were more than happy to help.”
