ID launches new website for Milton Keynes College
Milton Keynes College, the largest provider of further education and training in MK, challenged award winning full service agency, Interdirect to redesign and redevelop its entire website.
The new website has a significantly improved online course finder, which includes data from a variety of disparate sources, pulled together into one, user-friendly search facility.
Interdirect and Milton Keynes College worked in partnership to identify and map out user journeys, to ensure the website reflected the varied mix of vocational courses on offer to a diverse range of students at three separate campuses.
With a predominantly younger visitor profile, it was essential that the website perform well on mobile devices, and the new version is now fast and fully responsive.
Lee Parker, Head of Marketing at Milton Keynes College explains: “Originally, we briefed Interdirect to support and enhance our existing website, but after much consideration, we decided that the limited functionality and out-dated design of our previous website did not meet the needs of visitors or reflect the College’s progressive ambitions.
“We therefore asked Interdirect to go back to the drawing board and completely renew the website, and we have been very impressed with the results. We now have an enhanced website that underpins the entire Milton Keynes College offering and we couldn’t be happier with it.”
