Blossoming working relationship with commercial property client, Land Securities

From London offices and high street shops to major shopping centres and out-of-town retail parks, FTSE 100 stalwart and long-term client of Interdirect, Land Securities, owns and manages more than 2.6 million square meters of commercial property throughout the UK.   

Interdirect began working with Land Securities in early 2015, optimising three of its shopping centre websites in line with its digital strategy.  This sparked the start of a  blossoming working relationship.  

 Two years on, Interdirect continues to work with Land Securities, providing SEO and PPC to nine of its shopping centres – spanning right across the UK, from Portsmouth to London and right up to Glasgow.  Working alongside many of the shopping centre’s marketing agencies, Interdirect is able to provide a holistic view of online marketing and make recommendations of how SEO can complement campaign objectives. Notable achievements include:

•    Interdirect has helped Land Securities get one of its new brands, Create Victoria, off the ground, with SEO fitting brilliantly into its all-encompassing digital strategy. Its website is now starting to close the gap on competitors like Kings Cross.

•    We’ve helped Gunwharf Quays reach London markets by increasing their rankings for targeted terms in South & West London areas. In March 2016 they were only on page 1 for 2 keywords in the Wimbledon area. This number is now at 5 keywords on page 1.

•    We helped guide Land Securities through the launch of its new websites (White Label 3.0) and continue to help them discover and resolve bugs that result in issues for its SEO. White Label 3.1 is about to launch, our advice has helped to shape website updates and redesigns.
