With one eye permanently on our server monitoring software and the other on our helpdesk, David is ID’s knight in shining armour! So “If you have a problem and no one else can help…” David, our Support Manager, can… and will!
All joking aside however, in a world where the threats to digital security are constantly shifting, and increasing, Interdirect takes seriously its responsibility to guard its clients’ digital assets. Constant vigilance is essential in this endeavour, and so we closely monitor and react to threats as we detect them.
Having joined ID with four years’ experience in a similar role, David has worked at Interdirect for a little over six years now, so he knows our systems back to front and inside out. He is an essential part in keeping your systems safe and keeping them working for you. He also makes a pretty good cup of tea!
