Whittlebury Hall asked us to create and launch a new internal communications brand for the business to empower all staff to play an active role in shaping and driving the success of the business - no matter what their position

Whittlebury Hall is a hotel, spa and management training centre based on the Bucks/Northants border, less than 4 miles from Silverstone motor racing circuit.



The Challenge



To create and launch a new internal communications brand for the business to empower all staff to play an active role in shaping and driving the success of the business - no matter what their position, job title or first language – and help them to believe they can make a difference.  To roll the brand out to educate and update on business performance, encourage the sharing of ideas to boost performance and to celebrate successes and positive stories. 



The Work



We created a fun and engaging suite of online and offline communication materials to launch our new brand - ‘Boost’ - to the business. We subdivided our messaging into three key strands that make things easy to understand for the multi-national team at Whittlebury Hall. These included:



Give a Cheer – to boost achievement. Relayed positive, uplifting stories from / about the business; reasons to celebrate



Have Your Say – to boost potential. Encouraged the sharing of ideas – no matter how big or small – that can make a positive difference to the business, be it customer or business facing.



Get the Latest – to boost knowledge. Helped the sharing of information through use of an internal branded monthly newsletter and email communications, sharing essential information with team. 



The Difference



In the first 6 weeks following the launch of Boost, over 100 staff members have shared their ideas on how to make a positive change for the business.
