We were asked to create a custom-built, automated event management process that would allow Millbrook’s event managers to take complete control of event organisation

Millbrook Venues offers four unique and confidential corporate venues, ideal for product launches and press launches, just 1hr from London .



The Challenge 



Many events take advantage of both the indoor and outdoor space on offer at Millbrook Venues, creating events with 1,000’s of visitors. We were asked to create a custom-built, automated event management process that would allow Millbrook’s event managers to take complete control of event organisation and provide them with an efficient tool to coordinate each event.  



The Work



We developed a bespoke Exhibition Manager system on our content management system, SiteMachine.  Just some of its features include:




  • Exhibitor application and approval process 

  • Automated payment process 

  • Registration, contracts, health and safety file management for each exhibitor 

  • Exhibitor status dashboard 

  • Stand configuration

  • Supplier orders

  • Delegate registration system



The Difference



“The Exhibition Manager tool was a complicated process that required a custom-built back-end functionality involving an SQL database and numerous triggers for emails for example. Interdirect was instrumental in the build and development of the software from the initial discovery meeting through until final sign off.
