Webb Hotel and Travel Brand Design

The Webb Hotel brand (which encompasses the three hotels) needed a refresh to reflect the values of the family-owned business and its growing reputation on trip advisor as a 5 Star destination.

The Webb Hotel Group is a small group of three hotels in the Midlands owned by the Webb family.



The Challenge



The Webb Hotel brand (which encompasses the three hotels) needed a refresh to reflect the values of the family-owned business and its growing reputation on trip advisor as a 5 Star destination.  But as members of the Best Western group, the new identity also needed to sit alongside the BW brand.  To add to the challenge, the deadline from initial brief to installing the logos on hotel signage was tight.  



The Work



Following the brief, we immediately set to work. Initial research was conducted that included meeting with key stakeholders and one-to-one interviews with customers.  The information gathered gave us a thorough understanding of the business and how customers perceived it - which gave us the key to developing a brand that reflected the essence of the group. 



The difference



New logos have created a family of brands whilst each hotel, with its unique colour scheme, has maintained its own individuality.  The strapline ‘Experience the difference’ appeals to the entire customer base and clearly positions the hotels are a step above their competitors and challenges customers to experience it for themselves.
