St David's Website Goes Live
Interdirect recently went live with a website for newly re-developed shopping centre St David’s. The website’s launch was timed to coincide with that of the touch-screen and wayfinding system also developed by Interdirect.
The website needed to echo both the stylish vibrancy of the centres new branding and the navigational structure implemented in the touch-screens.
Like the touch-screens the website is managed through Interdirect’s CMS system, Site Machine, which allows content to be pushed to the website and the touch-screens as well as any future media channels the centre may require, such as mobile phone applications.
St David’s has extended the existing shopping centre to provide a total 1.4 million sq ft
(129,135 sq m) of retail space in the centre of Cardiff. Doors opened to shoppers on Thursday 22 October to reveal the two level grand arcade showcasing the best of the UK high street.
