SEO Manager


Duties of the Role:
-    Responsible for researching, creating and implementing new and innovative Search Engine Optimisation campaigns that will strengthen market awareness of our clients’ brands, products and services.
-    Ensure that both our clients’ websites, and our own website, are fully optimised, agreed KPIs are met, a website’s performance within SERPs is where it needs to be, technical errors are minimised and conversions are maximised.
-    Collaborate with Interdirect’s internal teams to help mentor our account managers in reporting to and quoting their clients; to advise our developers on optimising SEO within the websites that we create and maintain; and to cost out proposals with our new business development team.
-    Occasionally you might be required to deliver presentations and seminars to interested business and industry groups as well as training sessions for clients

Candidate requirements:
-    A minimum of 3 years’ experience working daily with SEO, preferably agency side although client side will also be considered.
-    Excellent written and verbal skills, a creative flair and have an ability to lead campaigns in order to deliver significant ROIs for our clients.
-    You will have to be very organised, proactive and capable of multi-tasking in order to hit deadlines and be capable of the set-up, deployment and measurement of SEO campaigns.
-    Experience of working with a freelance team would also be useful,
-    Experience with platforms such as: Moz, Open Site Explorer, Majestic, SEMRush, MozCast, Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and Microsoft’s Office Suite are essential

The majority of Interdirect’s clients are situated in the Milton Keynes area, along the M1 corridor or in London. However Interdirect is a national agency and you may be required to travel anywhere nationally so it is important you have your own transport.
