Nicholas Mann, managing director
Entrepreneur and self-confessed workaholic, Nick founded Interdirect in 1995. Nick’s motivation has and always will be pioneering technology. With a degree in electronic engineering and beginning his career at world renowned post-graduate institute, Cranfield University, he became one of the country’s first Java developers. His ambition for innovation and development continues today, and is reflected in Interdirect’s expansion to include a full range of services; digital, PR and marketing. Nick’s professional yet chilled out business ethic has built a 28-strong team and an award-winning company, positioning Interdirect as a fun and vibrant agency with creativity at its heart.
Penny Dungar, senior project manager
Penny has superhuman organisational skills. From websites and touch screens, to mobile applications and Look Books, whatever the size of the project, Penny will manage it with expert precision, keeping you in the know at all times. She’s so dedicated to our clients that she recently managed to get a website turned around in less than a week, which even by her standards is an impressive achievement.

With over four years experience here at Interdirect, successfully winning business and managing some of our most complex accounts, Karen looks after many of our platinum clients, working closely with the likes of JC Decaux, Capital Shopping Centres and Gatwick Airport. Karen creates long lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they continue to come back to us time and time again, and recommend us to other friends and colleagues too.
